M&S Foodhall

Quality products and and excellent range which should satisfy most customers.
Customer service is very good, the staff in the food hall and cafe are always very helpful.
The cafe is a welcome place to have refreshments.
Good size carpark available, which is free for the first hour. Ticket ( free) must be obtained from ticket machine and displayed on the dashboard

Nice good hall. Easy to get around. Just get a ticket in the car park before you go in to display on your dashboard. Free for the first hour I think. Not too big of a place. Easy access and lots of selection.

The ladies at marks and Spencers
eastleigh are amazing to the extreme tackling the ever growing stream of shop lifting with no front of house security. I see three of the ladies stop a male who was making off with a good hundred or so pounds worth of steak at the risk of their own safety. Why do emoyers not see that security is needed for staff safety as well as other shoppers

I shall never use this store or M&S ever again. I was profiled by the manager as a potential shoplifter. I kindly asked to see the bottle of whisky (which they retrieved from upstairs) and they refused to let me hold the bottle. I was told if I wanted to see the bottle I would have to purchase it from the customer service desk first. What a joke. I had a full basket of goods, I had no intentions of stealing the bottle so why not let me see it before deciding to purchase?!!! Shame on you M&S. I have complained about the person, awful lady who needs some education on diversity i.e. their customers are from a diverse background and may not look and dress as they would. Never judge a book by its cover as the saying goes.

Great selection of goods but prices have soared over the last few months. Take advantage of reduced items for quality, affordable items

I was looking for drums and pks of Xmas chocolates like in Winchester M&S and I found them ! Had a nice chat also with the cashier .

Raw meat and cheese display doesn't do it for me - didn't realise that food regulations even allowed it. Made me question M&S food hygiene standards. Even if it is legal it doesn't appear to be good practice. Visited Tesco for my cheese....

Really good. On the lookout for crackers because of the 2022 Christmas crackers shortage because Jacobs workers strike thankfully M and S had some M and S ones because there £8 🤣.
