A huge car park but always busy. Easy access. Cheap and good quality products. Nice and friendly service. Clean and tidy. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Fresh Bread Baked Daily. Weekly Offers. Contactless Payments. Shop with a large selection of products. recommend

No parent parking, as there were works being done a lot of spaces were being blocked so had to park far away but the trolley locks, asked a member of staff they said nothing they can do even though other places can unlock it? Just heard him moan about how customers can't walk an extra 20 feet to return trolleys further in (to make his job easier) Aldi has a more friendly atmosphere so usually go there. Pros - some good products and deals.

Absolutely awful experience: 1) No small trolleys; 2) The trolleys available are too big for the store; 3) One cannot take wheeled baskets to the car park without activating alarms and the staff screaming at you (I had bought bottles of water and had to carry them to the car under my arms); 4) Dystopian screens scanning faces at self-service check-outs
I will never ever be visiting again.

Slightly better than average branch of Lidl full of good quality off brand stuff at usually but not always pretty good prices. The layout of the shop is a little confusing though and there usually a number of items out of stock, but that's not unusual in any supermarket at the moment. I do really like the selection of continental cooked meat, sausages and cheese there though, better than the big name supermarkets.

The self service tills have been closed in the evenings since the new store in Harlow opened. This results in long ques of 15 mins plus even if you want to buy just a few items. I decided to leave the que and my full basket of items and go to Tesco. You may pay more at other supermarkets but you get an overall better service. One till open with a 15 to 20 min que is not good customer service, especially when other staff are walking around restocking shelves ignoring the situation

I loathe coming here, the store is way too small, too compact, aisles too close together, children running around loose, constantly having to apologise to staff as they are in the way re stocking, two trolleys can barely fit in one aisle, that's the whole store, don't bother with this nightmare store

Possibly one of the best shops ever. They always have the highest quality of food items.
