Collected my Christmas order today. A few small hitches but staff resolved these quickly and cheerfully. Would definitely recommend

Missus wasted over an hour trying to sort out our Christmas Dinner click and collect yesterday, we only put the order in at the start of November.... As a result I couldn't go to the pub to see the lads in the evening as we were so behind with Christmas prep. They won't even wish me a merry Christmas in the group chat and I've been ripped a new one for no showing this year. Thanks M&S for spoiling my Christmas...

Unfortunately staff replenishing shelves were to close and I feel a one way system around the shop as in the Marlow branch would be better.

i was greeted with a smelly boy had put mushed pease on the floor and repeatedly said daddy can u not smell like my little sister dump it stinks so bad ewwwwwww

It is a very good food shop I've done but you need to avoid people so it is kind of hard.

The removal of the till and forcing customers to use self service is awful. M&S used to provide excellent customer service, but in this store there is none.

Since the pandemic and a lot of the clothes shops have closed, I have been relying a lot on M&S online shopping. The staff have always been so helpful and friendly to help me with getting the order, and have been making my returns so easy. There’s one time that there’s some problem with my order and my refund didn’t arrive for more than 3 weeks, the staff helped me to call service and spoke to them for me. It was sorted out very quickly. And of course M&S food is awesome. They have made my life so much easier living here!
