M&S Foodhall

We ordered the food for our wedding catering from M&S online and nipped in to this, our local store, the day before to check with the staff about delivery times (for a Sunday morning). They were kind and professional and said they would personally be handling the deliveries- wedding day came and everything to plan! Incredible food at a good price (tried to no avail for discount on our £500 spend) which more than comfortably fed 40. In store; very surprised at the reasonable prices, not a huge floorspace for choice. Nice coffee shop and also sells fresh flowers.

I often stop at this branch on my way home from work. The staff here are great and as a regular customer, I feel valued. I am particular about customer experience so when I remember names, it means you stood out. Thank you Mark. Always a pleasure to be helped by you. Keep up the good work. Also your manager Andy is just as pleasant and helpful. Shame I can't give this store more stars

Always great food (as you would expect from M&S) and easily the best customer service.
Dropped half a dozen eggs when I exited the shop and the helpful staff member on the door offered, ran inside and fetched a fresh box with no fuss, which they really didn't have to do. The little things do matter and are really appreciated.

Also, all the staff deserve a thankyou for handling shopping during the pandemic as efficiently and professionally as possible.

Ann on bakery was brilliant today helping me finding bread suitable for my vegan friend.

Out of date food on shelves, wrongly labelled offers which store would not honour. Very poor, what's happened to marks and Spencer??? Not the quality it used to be.

Loverly friendly place. Nice banter with arsenal fan mark good at greeting customers. Phil man utd.

Visited store today and i have to say the interaction from your front of house man mark was phenomenal, people left right and centre thanking him, fist bumping, high fives! He brought such a positive feel to your store
