Iceland Supermarket New Cross

New renovations look great. Everything is super easy to find and displayed nicely, although they should have more staff at the tills

Prices go up. No problem. But price increase without changing signage is wrong! An apology and refund of tiny difference would have been great. An apology, no refund but promise to remove signage would have been fine. Surly indifference bordering on rudeness is not fine. Choose another branch if you can. In any case, avoid this one.

I was the 1st customer in there as soon as the doors opened at 8am. So basically It was empty and I got a fast service from the checkout person I was in & out with in 10mins. There are no self service tills at this iceland store.

Don't like to come in to the shop so much anymore as the security guard is always following me around for what reason I do not know, so the past two times I've done a larger shop I've done home delivery and now twice in a row I'm missing items! Tried calling the store they never amswer their phones not really sure why the bother having a phone 🙄

Very clean shop, good layout and friendly staff.

I have had two home deliveries from this store, and both times, the delivery driver was rude on the phone to me.

The first delivery was just placed on my front door with no notice. I live on the 6th floor; if I had an disability I would not be able to get my delivery to my flat.

I would recommend getting your delivery from some we're else I will be.

Good frozen goods, prices are so high so I bought only 2 items!

Iceland supermarket is my favourite, it is very close to my home.The price is very reasonable.
