HORRIBLE staff. They are very rude and are just not good people at all. I was annoyed when they were rude to me (on multiple occasions,) but then they were very rude to my wife. I will now never go back there, and I suggest nobody else does either.

This place has new owners have not had any problems

Rudest people. Why is a child behind the till talking to me about alcohol -

A bottle exploded in my hand. This is because of hyper-fermentation bought on rapidly by improper storage. He insisted it wasn’t his problem despite the fact this could have caused injury. So I’ll be taking this further. I’ll also mention it was a child behind telling me “well all the other bottles are fine so it’s not our problem”

They also stole my friends card and made multiple purchases on it pretending they couldn’t find it!!!!

Unsuitable as a DPD collection point.

I ordered a desktop computer to be collected here along with a small box of cables. On delivery day they explained that the desktop package arrived but they sent it back because they didn't want to store a package of that size, and they brought out my other package from behind or next to the sales counter. I had assumed they'd have an appropriate space in their back room to store packages, but I guess not. While a desktop computer isn't small, it's definitely well within the bounds that I'd expect a DPD collection point to be able to handle, and I don't think this place should be operating as one if they can't handle moderately sized packages.
