Really well kept, mid sized Waitrose, nice outside floral area, good for sitting outside and drinking coffee.

So much variety of products and so many drinks you can't find anywhere else. Not so big but so well organised. Loved it and definitely going back. If you looking for any gifts this is the best place from flowers to chocolate boxes to wine or spirits. Was trying so many shops to find the Sipsmith Wimbledon edition and this was actually the only place I found it after trying Tesco, sainsbury or Wine shops

Shabbiest waitrose shop I've seen from the outside - decent enough once inside. All the usual things are stocked. It's quite a big branch. Unless you know where it is, it's quite difficult to find. Helpful staff. Update 2022 August - still a bit rough on the outside but a proper Waitrose inside. Pleasant staff and good range of products. Should try to make itself more obvious.

Nice place. Fun selections. Good price. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Convenient location. Waitrose is pretty much everything that I would expect from a good grocery store. When I was tired of eating out every meal, I can go there and buy something simple to cook in my hotel.

Perfect supermarket. Perfect customer service. I wished they were open for longer hours at the weekend.

For the prices Waitrose is charging people the quality is beyond bad! Dog food which I bough yesterday was full of worms inside and outside A SEALED package. I also bought tomatoes which where expired for at least a week already.
They are trying to tell people their removal of expiry dates on vegetables and fruits is to safe food from waisting it, but the problem is that not even Waitrose or it’s employees know if they should go out of the shelf. The quality and quantity of their products is a rip off.
From now on just to Aldi. Quality, quantity and price are matching the income of people here perfectly.

The staff and products still make it one of the best supermarkets. But this once brilliant store is being systematically run down by head office and management. Mountains of food waste most days and poorly maintained stock and organisation of store are examples of this.

I go to Waitrose only because its just across the road. It is far more of a luxury shop than a normal supermarket. Lucky for me more and more other places are opening close by.
