M&S Foodhall

Lovely little shop that had everything I needed. Great quality product and staff is very helpful and friendly.
I like their self till area which is quite good and time saving.

Aside from the delicious food. It is a well oiled operation. All credit to the staff. They are so friendly, helpful, professional and smiley. Consistently.

It is also always well stocked and tidy.
Last year additionally it was bucketing with rai n and I had to do the school pick up without any coat or umbrella, the manager was really helpful and even was going to lend me her own umbrella when they found they had some left.

Pros: Great little shop. Click and collect here is super useful. Really friendly and helpful staff. Limited ranges due to store size but well stocked - shelves are rarely empty unlike the St Peters St branch. There are about 15 parking spaces (x1 disabled bay) outside and it's often full (because the numbered hatched bays are for the residents above). But is close to adjacent parking at the Quadrant and by the Library. Cons: The store urgently needs proper IN/OUT signage and road markings (arrows and hashed lines) to stop drivers driving the wrong way in through the exit, at peaks times it's like the wacky races and an accident waiting to happen, because of drivers with no consideration for anyone else or worse distracted.

A purpose-built, modern M&S Foodhall. Wide aisles and well stocked; ideal for these Covid times. Lots of natural light, unlike some other local M&S stores.

The staff all seem to really like working here and are really helpful and friendly. Really convenient if you want to avoid the City centre.

Limited parking immediately outside the store but lots of space in the open parking opposite the other Marshalswick shops.

A good range of pastries and bread . Great local shop to pop into to buy essentials .
Hassan was very helpful and polite. Great customer service!

As a regular customer I can thoroughly recommend. Would be v helpful for old boxes to be available for packing up shopping (as our local Waitrose does)
