I have a special requirement that wasn't met
I didn't get any chocolate on my black coffee and when i demanded whipped cream on my porkpie the staff looked at me in bemusement.

I will not be returning anytime soon

Absolutely disgusted, i stand here mortified to see that my review has been taken down amd for what reason, just for simply stating the truth!

The old gentleman in the counter is very rude never say hello or thank you when we give nectar card he never takes it rudely say to put it into the chip & pin machine then he takes out of it & just dropp it onto the counter never give it to the hand all the other staff are very friendly only this one is rude doesn't know how to do customer service

Prices are way too high. You can take a 2 minute drive down the road and get the same items for 1/3 of the price

I had a bad shopping experience in this store. I am sorry to say that. But I was discriminated by a girl who works in the shop. I obeyed the one in one out policy and I waited outside patiently. she didn’t let me in until four or five people went out of the store, but she let other people in without anybody went out. She talked to me arrogantly with cold face and cold voice. And when she talked to me, she was in the queue cuddling some groceries waiting to pay. Her manner was really bad, rude , not acceptable and far from professional. I am really unhappy with this shopping experience in this M&S store.

Their hot food section is the best! If you visit for fuel do check out their hot bakes, and for general shopping, it’s decent with few variety of items, and if you are a regular customer do get their BP rewards card it’s absolutely worth it! You get cash back points on every purchase which you can use later!

The staff is so amazing that I can’t wait for my lunch break to see my m&s friends. I feel like this place has the best staff ever as I am from slough and never experienced that service they give me. They tell you if something is on offer and go out there way. I just absolutely love this place. Thank you so much for making me feel like I’m a customer being noticed. All the staff is amazing.
