Asda Arnold Superstore

The service in this store is so woeful it has prompted me to review. Every single time the queues at the tills are enormous and they refuse to put more on. If you have chilled or frozen food, forget about it as it will thaw out. They refuse to offer service and insist you use the self service. Its abysmal and it puts me off going. No way am I doing my weekly shop there and scanning it all myself. I'll go to Aldi where they treat me like a human.

I love this Asda. Why? because:
1. Amazing values
2. Lovely air conditioning.
3. It's in Arnold and I love Arnold
4. It's close to a variety of bus stops- the 58,79,53,54,25 etc and some Trentbarton buses!
5. It's near charity shops!
6. so much self-service
7. Mostly nice staff
8. Well, it's Asda!

Did my weekly shop at your store and I'm afraid I won't be back. Being new to the area I parked in your parking and when I returned I got a £50 fine. I didn't see the signs to pay as it was behind me but someone sure saw me and didn't hesitate to record when I arrived ...if you could see me arrive why not notify or signal hey you need to pay for parking here. I find the behaviour sneaky and unethical. The long eaton Asda doesn't charge you for parking. I will rather support Aldi where I can park for free while spending money in their store.

I use the asda reward app and have noticed on a few occasions that products have a star on them indicating a bonus on your reward app but the offer has finished so have not recieved any extra on my rewards this I have noticed a few times, today I bought asda own toilet rolls which had a star next to them but have had a look on my rewards and ther are not on there

I have never known a store to be so out of line in aisle organisation, very confusing setup and difficult to find items where you usually expect.
I would recommend a refit and organise better, it's got the potential to be an excellent store.

It is festive season, although I think itbis always busy...Good selection of dairy free milk.
Good selection of coffee.
Fruits and vegetables.

Always use this Asda when I'm working in the area. Majority of the staff are fab and love the layout and choices of vegan food.
My only negative is the door area. It's often blocked by trolleys and promotional stock. I still give a five as it's the food shop I enjoy the most.

A really bad experience. Rude and poorly trained staff. I can't believe just how terrible this branch of ASDA has gotten.
