Not happy machine that dose contact less took money twice when went to see manager he said it allways happening ,well sort it. Manager told me in a derogatory way come back in 5 day told him i wouldn't be here in 5 day. He just kept repeating same thing. Complained to head office had to wait 7day for money back. Told by several customer manager not nice....... Tesco express Rhoose!

I cannot express enough thanks for the Tesco team in Rhôose for their kindness and generosity when I tried to send a Birthday cake to an 82 year old friend living alone. As they couldn’t take payment over the phone as I live away, they arranged for a staff member to deliver free of charge a wonderful Birthday surprise for her including flowers, cake, balloon, bottle of sherry, cards and lots of Birthday goodies fantastic, I am stunned at the generosity of Tesco, my friends completely over the moon at this wonderful act of kindness from Tesco, it really made her day so special. Thanks to you all I have never come across such kindness and compassion ever - you certainly are a wonderful bunch of people. Thanks so much again I’m amazed. Brenda xx

I used self service and asked the guy for a bag he said you'll have to wait a minute I didn't mind as he had a lot of people waiting he then handed me a bag and said make sure you scan it!!!! Cheeky git!!! What happened to customer care.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE THIS PLACE IS! EVERYTIME I GO IN HERE IM WAITING TO BE SERVED! HARDLY EVER ANYONE ON THE TILL AND WHEN THERE IS ITS ONLY ONE PERSON! FROM NOW ON IM GOING TO ASDA FOR MY LOCAL! AND WHY ARE THEY CHARGING TWICE FOR ITEMS THAT COST HALF IN THE BIG STORES! ABSOLUTE JOKE HERE. DISGUSTING PENNY PINCHERS 😤
