Dreadful will never go there again shop owner was rude and abusive to me i have a support dog who he obviously doesnt like me taking in shop when my dog is allowed in shop i have reported this matter and i hope it doesnt happen to anyone else who has a support dog nasty horrible man who needs lessons in manners disgusting behaviour

The woman in this shock was disgustingly rude to me! When I enquired about a missing invoice off my parcel (I wasn’t sure which document it was) she went totally nuts on me for absolutely no reason whatsoever. It really shocked me. UPS need to remove this as a drop off point ASAP given others appear to have had the same issue. I will never go there again.

Also bought a pasty covered in mould. Disgusting!!

The women behind the counter is disgustingly rude. Just went in to collect a UPS parcel and she called me oi and started shouting at me because my signature hadn’t registered on her device. Horrible person who needs a lesson in how to talk to people.

Arrogant individual on the phone shouldn't even be in customer service sector

I go to this shop regularly and have a lovely experience every time. Each person who served me as always be kind as well as the owners. Always have what I want and very convenient. Great service and great shop.

Tried returning a DHL parcel and the gentleman working in the shop was unacceptably rude and deceiving. Tried to convince me he can’t send my preprinted label while not even unlocking his phone screen to scan it. Will be making DPD aware of this behaviour. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Terrible service, the staff (man and woman) are very rude and unhelpful. It's a shame we have to rely on these kind of stores to return UPS parcels.
