Spoke on the phone the other night to the manager Damien after I accidentally ordered for collection instead of delivery, and was met with fantastic service amending and remaking the order, and got it sent out for delivery in no time at all. Really appreciated the way the situation was handled as a fellow hospitality worker and would recommend the hell out of this kind of customer service. Thanks again guys!

Terrible! Ordered via app for delivery, tracker said it had been delivered, never received the pizza at all and haven’t answered the phone after 3 attempts

App claimed order had been delivered, had to ring up multiple times to chase up order, told me it was delivered, still no food. Stay away from this domino's.

Hot and fresh pizza with fast and friendly service, ordering through app is awesome 😎

The last couple of times we ordered from here it was over an hour after we ordered that the food was delivered, then when we received it, the food was lukewarm and not very enjoyable. It used to be nice here but seems its gone slightly down hill

Waited over a hour after it had said it was out for a delivery.... Called up to be told that they are now about to make it and it will be another 25 mins!

I phoned to ask if I could have pizzas made without cheese, as my wife is allergic. The answer I got was "really, no cheese!?", but after explaining (twice) that she would have to go to hospital if she ate it, they seemed to understand. My bank card wasn't working, so I called back a couple of hours later. I placed the order and confirmed 'no cheese' twice. When it arrived, all pizzas were covered in cheese. Way more than normal. One of them had all the toppings scraped off. The accompanying sauces all contain milk, despite asking specifically for BBQ. I tried calling the shop back six times over the course of two hours, but nobody picked up. If I was allergic to dairy, I wouldn't be so angry - but this is my wife I'm talking about. At least the cheese wasn't hard to miss; otherwise, she could have been in the hospital right now.
