Streamline Maidstone

Waste of time with Streamline. I was given a rough time and they took the wrong mobile number down and put down the wrong address. I called the taxi company asking where my taxi was and I was told that they sent it away because I didn’t answer the phone and they told me they sent it away as I didn’t answer the phone but I had no missed calls and they had called the wrong number anyway. They didn’t send any confirmation so I didn’t know when the taxi was coming or what car I was expecting with a registration or the person that was driving like with any other taxi company. This is my first experience with Streamline. Will never use again.

First time using this firm. I booked a cab to hospital, driver was prompt had a fixed fare , was told by nurse I would only be 5 mins, asked driver if he could wait , he said he would call office to see, as I had finished ,the nurse said the driver had to leave and a car would arrive in 10 mins for me . I was sent a text of which car I should be expecting , a different car pulled up and was told the fixed fare was more , asked him why ,he said because it's an s class and for petrol ,errrm why change the car I was meant to have as opposed to charging me more? ngl it's a nice car and driver on both accounts were great ,but isn't professional .

Shockingly bad. Will never use them again. Booked a taxi from 00:15 to take us home after our daughter's wedding. It eventually arrived at 00:55. The office was rude and unsupportive. Avoid this taxi company!!

Pathetic service. First time I called for a cab from Pembury hospital once my fiancé was discharged after 6 gruelling hours of recovery from a small heart attack..."Got nothing in the area" at 2am (how busy could it possibly be at this time??). Second time calling was today, around 6pm from Maidstone..."Got nothing in the area".

Absolute joke of a taxi service. Stay at work, be productive, and buy a helicopter instead, don't use it.

Tried to book a taxi. Asked for an hours time. They promptly hung up! I rang back and they said they were busy. I told them off for promptly hanging up on me on the previous call. I wouldn't recommend this rude company

They called early because a taxi was available. Lovely guy, great ride.

On time good driver

Over the last 24 months I have only needed to use this company 3 times. The first time was flawless and would have given a 5 star rating. The last 2 attempts have been within a 6 month period and when I have called to hail a cab they have not had any availability nor given me a wait time or placed me on a waiting list. No apology that they cannot help me and not given me any help to make my journey leaving me in the lurch to find alternative travel.
As it's unreliable particularly on Saturday night, early Sunday morning I will avoid using or promoting to friends and family.
