I have used Northolt taxis for over 5 years and always found them reliable when they pick me up in central London. The drivers are professional and their taxi's are clean, spacious and easily recognizable. I feel relatively safe when I use this company.Highly Recommended..

Booked a cab last week with Northolt Taxis. I am very impressed with the quality of service they have provided. driver was very helpful and was on time. the car was clean. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper then other local taxi companies in Northolt and Edgware. Upon our return from Heathrow airport our flight came 1 hour earlier, Northolt taxi service checked our flight and sent us driver on time. I have already recommended them to my family and will also recommend them to Friends and relatives.

A straight forward stress free airport transfer. Driver was where we had been told they would be holding up sign outside McDonald’s Very polite, felt safe , accommodation was a bit tricky to find as was in a no car zone and he made extra sure that we went to the right place- ! Would definitely use again

My husband lost his phone after a night out in Northolt taxis. Not only his phone but a debit card in the case. The phone also controls his hearing aids so it’s a vital thing for him. We were treated with courtesy by the company !! Highly Recommended.

Booked them for a ride for 8 people to London City airport in the early hours of the morning. Booked over a week in advance and double checked it was all good (and paid!) the day before. I've used them in the past and always been impressed so thought it should be fine
At 11.15 pm on the night of the journey, less than 4 hours before they were due to pick us up, they rang and woke us up to say they could not do it. No apologies. No explanation. Said they would refund me but basically left me in the lurch just a few hours before my journey. Said any of the other local firms would be able to take us, no problem. In fact not one could, they were all fully booked at that late notice. I think this is the most appalling customer service I've ever encountered, jeopardzing as it did 8 people's holiday. They advertise that they have 200 cars so I cannot believe that a genuine reason like a sick driver or broken down car should cause them to have to cancel. Any half-way decent firm that really cared about its customers would have explained the problem, and attempted to find a solution, for example, if they couldn't get another 8 seater, couldn't they have sent 2 4-seaters or made some other arrangement?
To add insult to injury, the promised refund had still not appeared 6 days later. I chased them, and they kept asking for a job number, which of course I had never been given. Eventually put me through to someone who said he would do the refund right there and then (though it took a further 4 days to show in my bank account!). Do you think they would ever have refunded me if I hadn't chased them? Neither do I, as they seemed surprised and clearly had no idea about it until I persisted with them.
I am disgusted with this firm, and will never, ever use them again, and I strongly recommend that you don't either.

Worst cab station in town, they take your booking and call u back after half hour and tell u they can't provide car for you so they cancel your booking, never have I seen something that stupid in my life

NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! My sister in law and I pre-booked 3 cabs to take us and, later, bring us back from a wedding in Rickmansworth. Midnight arrived and no taxis arrived. We rang and were told none were available - hang on - they were pre-booked! After about ten minutes of pushing them, they eventually agreed to send a cab which finally picked us up an hour later!! My sister in law, who had booked the day before us didn’t manage to get any taxis sent. This was all the more awful as she had her 82 year old mother with her!
