Excellent service with affordable prices. Driver was friendly and flexible to pick me up earlier at the airport at last minute. The car was very good; new and clean Mercedes Benz.

Also customer service on the phone was friendly and professional.

I am very surprised with the few and bad reviews they have here as I don’t see any problem at all and they actually are better than other taxi services I’ve used in the past.

I will keep using it as my preferred taxi service and would recommend it to anyone as well.

Would never use this company again, used twice and both times they were terrible! I even rang them to try and find out where my service was as they were extremely late and was told to 'calm down sunshine!'

I have been using this company for my journeys to and from Heathrow for some time now. I recently travelled with my grandaughter on 27th May and return journey 31st cab always arrives on time and the drivers are the best. Return pick up at Heathrow excellent/ journey stress free. I cant speak highly enough of drivers and staff . Would not want go elsewhere for this service. I also recently travelled on 27th June for a sudden bereavement returned 7th July. Again great service and very reassuring kind drivers. Thanks as always

Needed to get out of Heathrow after flight cancelled by BA. Ovova provided a taxi very quickly. Driver was excellent, polite and competent on our 4 hour journey to Manchester. I would use this firm again and recommend them to all.

Booked 7 days in advance for a 1am pick up - they did not show up or provide any information & simply cancelled booking 40 minutes after time booked
