247 Cars Watford

I used 247 taxi service for the first time yesterday. It was quite a small job to take me to an appointment and collect me later. Their service can't be faulted, on time, nice driver and best of all £4 cheaper than another quote I got. I definitely will always use them if they maintain this great service. I recommend you try them to compare with the service you use now.

We have used 247 Cars Watford on a few occasions booking their wheelchair accessible taxis and have to say the vehicles are amazing and clean and plenty of room in the rear for the wheelchair. Great service and nice drivers , would recommend highly to friends and family , see you again soon .

Definitely do not recommend using this company. I had called twice to check the taxi was booked and on both occasions was told it was, only to be left stranded at the airport. After calling again for the 3rd time being told there was no booking under my name. I was then charged full price after being left for 45 mins in the cold. When speaking to the owner the day after to raise my complaint, the only thing offered was an apology and the explanation of human error.

I used their wheelchair access taxi, to go to stanstead airport. The driver was early and was very helpful, the taxi from this firm was new and had the latest new electric wheelchair lift. I Have never seen electric ramp lift. I was quite impressed by seeing this, once inside the wheelchair is safely strapped in . I would recommend this taxi firm .

Booked a cab for an airport run via online booking system. No calls or messages to tell me the driver is on his way; didn't show up at the agreed arrival time; waited 5 mins; tried calling the office 3 times; gave up and booked an Uber instead. Driver called 8 mins after the booked pick up time, and said he was 6 minutes away, unfortunately I was in danger of missing my flight so had to cancel.

Wajid and team looked after our family group of nine during a weekend trip. Reliable, punctual, and professional we never had to worry about any of our transport needs. 5 star service! Highly recommend! Thank you again Wajid!

Fantastic company always on time, friendly and competitively priced compared with other taxi firms in Watford. I wouldn’t use any other taxi company in Watford. I also like the app as I can see where my taxi is when I have booked one.
