A gem of a place! Very shabby-chic and 'quirky' I loved it! Good home made food served in a friendly atmosphere by a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome. A lovely place to have a coffee and lunch with friends/family. Will definitely be returning. Thank you 😊

A local convenience store downstairs and tea rooms upstairs serving a good selection of hot and cold food and beverages. Well worth a visit if you're out and about in the area and dog friendly too !!

As a cyclist, we have certain criteria when we look for a cafe stop.
1. Secure place to leave the bike
2. Great coffee
3. Great food
4. War and welcoming
5. Outside seating for the summer.

Normally I would only give 4 stars as the seating outside is very limited. But this place is exceptional! Great bike storage, fabulous locally produced food, great coffee and the friendliest people you could possibly meet. Needless to say our cycle group make a bee line to this place very regularly.

Stumbled on this little gem of a cafe after a walk to the Fairy Steps. Great food and service at a reasonable price. I think we were fortunate to just walk in and sit down as it's very popular and frequently busy. They were turning people away!!

I visited this super tea room a number of years ago and remember it fondly. The tea room is upstairs, in a lovely room full of items to catch your attention and often that must have purchase. The food is beautifully presented, scrumptious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I bought two super fairies that were hanging from a display of branches suspended from the ceiling. On warm days the window is open giving beautiful views over the village church.

Small, friendly tea room. Lovely food, much of it locally sourced, and proper service.

Lovely little first floor cafe, which we visited after walking in the area. Cosy feel, friendly atmosphere and run by nice people. We chose paninis, which came with crisps, leaves and cous-cous with a choice of dressings. We selected from a good choice of quality teas and finished with (thoroughly recommended) Home-baked Turkish Delight Brookie with strawberries and cream. All reasonably priced for the quality. Suggest booking ahead if the sun is out, so you won't be disappointed.
