The service here is terrible. Unreliable. Try to get a refund on an item and they mess us around. I'd rather go somewhere else after my first experience here!

Very disappointed. They came to take items I had donated and refused to take one piece as they claimed it was broken. They wouldn't listen to me and it wasn't till later I managed to turn the sofa over to check and guess what, it wasn't broken. Waste of my time I won't bother again

Worked here for a while and what an eye opener it was people donate to bhf thinking money goes into research when actually it goes into the pockets of overpaid managers most of the so called volunteers are people on benefits who are told if you don't work here no benefits so the staff are for nothing the stock is for nothing and yet the prices are still extortionate

They don't answer the phone when people ring them

The volunteers should be praised more often, the people who really care for the others and really stand out.

So I saw a sofa bed which is lovely and booked for Saturday delivery, firstly the staff in store where wonderful and ever so helpful , and secondly a big shout out to the delivery guys who called to let me know how long they would be, getting my sofa up a stairs they made fast work of in polite friendly and did a amazing job thank you very much, Brockton x
