What a gigantic store! Had to pop in to pickup some gifts, I went in the end and used the click and collect service over Weekend and it was a breeze.

Everything I wanted was in stock and was all bagged for me which made life easier. I even bought other things whilst in store as Easter is around corner.

Their prices are very competitive with online retailers! All staff work very hard and nothing is too much trouble when you ask for advice.

I asked the manager who was in the store on the day if they had any PlayStation I could test and he was very informative, he knew and understood every part of his role to set an example for how things should be done, I was very impressed.

Thanks to Greenford team for going above and beyond the call of customer service and keeping me informed. I got my game console in theme and went into the weekend a very happy person. Plenty of parking too, which is a great plus!

Unbelievable how such a rude, unprofessional and uncultured staff working in the children's store. Every time I visit this store something unpleasant happens to me. Some items purchased from this store did not work or broke on the same day of purchase. The manager did not want to return the money or replace the item. People working in the department of car strollers and car seats do not have a competent knowledge of selling items - they want to sell what is the most expensive, not what is safe for the child. They have no rules and they work as conveniently as they want. I will never come there again because of the people working there!! Such a big headache!! All the staff should be kicked out of there!!

Very unpleasant situation took place today in a store.
I went with my daughter to buy a slime and a squishmallows for her friend on a birthday.
We took 3 squishmallows(offer 3for 2) and 1 pack of slime.
When we were on till one of the squishmallow was not 18cm but 20cm so we need to go and change for 18 to have a deal.
We left our stuff with a girl on a till and run to shelf. When we came she put that toy to the bag, gave me that bag and gave a same change.
When we reach home I open bag and 2 squishmellows were missing! I run again to store. 1st she said she putted my staff after when manager brought my missing stuff she said that I forgot! Easier to just said sorry not saying that customer is lieing

Late review.

I was in this store after Christmas. I purchased a lot of switch games. And then a SD memory card for the switch. Same person served me both days. He was polite and helpful when dealing with me.

Got everything I needed.

Also a massive store for toys in general. I walk in frequently to check out their Pop Funko collection as I collect them. Their selection is huge and they have a vast variety of games, anime, movies and TV shows.

Agree with a lot of the 1 and 2 star reviews here, the staff can be rude, I get it... they had a tough day, kids visiting the store, but its not really a happy place if they aren't welcoming either.

The other day they just started telling everyone to get out as they reduced their hours for a stock count, but they didn't explain to customer why they did. Even the staff didn't know and said it was normal hours now after Christmas, even though they had 2 signs outside showing 7pm.

The manager at the door was really rude about it and just started getting aggressive about it too

The worst toy store in history, where the staff treated the customers badly, questioning them about why they bought the toys in bulk and then why they shook them. The company does not dictate how much customers can buy and it is not allowed to sway customers about what they can buy. I won't be going to this store again, and I hope that customers who go to this store will consider whether the store's attitude towards customers is worth your money.

Only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because the Lady manager. The policy for click and collect is a joke. Why do you need photo ID to pick up a click and collect? I purchased my sons Christmas present online for pick up click and collect. Got there showed them proof of purchase email, online bank statement to prove I purchased the bike and still was refused to pick up my sons present. I then had to show my birth certificate and P40 and change of name deed. Only then the Lady manager who intervened was so nice said that was more than enough to let me take it. I thank you personally but the policy is a absolute joke

A very rude and unhelpful staff. I purshased an electric police car for my kid and asked them for some help of staff to take the big car carton to nearest stop. The manager was very shrud and rude and did not offer any help at all....I was shocked and surprised by such behavior of the Manager....and its unbelievable that Smith Toys having such a gigantic store do not have trolley with them for carrying heavy stuff...In a Children shop, one should have friendly staff and Managers instead of such rude, arrogant and shrud behaviored staff.

Smith Toys Management shud think about it seriously as having such shrud staff may end up losing many good customers of theirs.
Also telling a customer to seek M&S trolley instead of the staff helping
Out is unprofessional.

POOR SERVICE, UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE MANAGER n STAFF, STAFF IS ONLY WATCHING CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF HELPING THEM
I would not rate Greenford store 1 star also.
