Peter did a fantastic job on the carpets they looked spotless and as good as new. At the time there were immoveable wardrobes in the bedrooms so once they had been dismantled Peter came back to clean those areas which involved a great deal of time and effort for a small job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and I will definitely use them again.

So pleased I chose this company, service was prompt and quick. Bedroom carpet cleaned and WOW I was so amazed how clean it came up as there were quite a lot of ground in stains on it. It now looks like new. Will definitely use this company again and recommend to family and friends.

I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a really good carpet cleaning outfit. Pete, who came and carried out the work is very professional and a genuine nice person to deal with. The equipment used looked very up to date, not your run of the mill carpet cleaner and the results were much better than I could have hoped for. The cost was reasonable and I was totally satisfied with my choice.

I contacted Cleaner by Nature via the website and I had a very prompt reply advising that he would ring me to discuss what I needed doing. i.e. a general sofa freshen up but a section of it was particularly soiled as the dogs seem to have used that section as their personal towel.

During the telephone conversation Pete, explained exactly what he would do, the products he would use, how long it would take, and his availability.

He arrived on time and whilst I was working in another room he cleaned my sofa.

The end result is fantastic. My sofa looks brand new and smells gorgeous.

Can highly recommend this service, and will definitely use again.

Really professional hardworking and friendly company. Photo of carpet when still a bit damp but fabulous result. Carpet was very grubby with flat pile in high traffic areas but Pete and Louisa worked at it until they were happy with the clean. Will certainly be using this company again and recommend them to anyone, saved me the cost of a new carpet.
