Terrible customer service/ Hidden marks.

Bought a car from Carsa. 2 yrs old. Took it for a wash and the paintwork started falling off.
Marks had been hidden by a touch up stick that were deep all the way down to the panel so the touch up never would have bonded.

Carsa offered another touch up kit and then sent someone to do it. He was honest unlike Carsa and agreed the panel would need a respray.
Carsa then began avoiding phone calls and fobbed us off via email. Hiding behind having had an opportunity to view and 7 days had passed.
How can you view a mark that has been hidden from view?
Even the bloke they sent to repair it was annoyed because Carsa didn't send all the photos over we supplied. He rang them himself to ask why they sent him because he would have told them he could not do it before wasting everyone's time.

Dirty underhanded tactics and they have refused to do anything else.
When you ring they then avoid you. Will never buy a car from them again.

Ps love the fact employee's are sticking false reviews on and when you look through the thread and trust pilot loads of people have had the same issues.

Brought a mercadees c class been a nightmare problems that were dangerous car kept cutting out yes they did the repairs but the stress and anxiety IV suffered is beyond words delt with mountsorral very un professional make you feel like you don't no what your talking about when there's a fault valeting terable check if updates are required this add four over priced stay clear from this company go to main dealership so disappointed with this terable company 22 grand on a car that I couldn't drive because kept cutting out my mental health has been put to the test Carsa cars never again

Absolute shambles. Buying the car was ok and straight forward. However cut to two days later after pick up. The car broke down, It was recovered and fixed, the engine went 2 days after that. I had the car 4 days and the engine went. I’d lost trust in the car and didn’t want it, it clearly had underlying issues. The customer service from this point on was absolutely s*hite. Long story short they won’t let me return the car. Legal action is being taken to which I will win. A consumer has 30 days to return a car especially when it’s not fit for purpose. See you in court.

Visited last week to look at buying a car. Found the Mountsorrel team very helpful and provided good advice. They were excellent in presenting the car in a very professional and friendly manner.  The facility there was spotless and a credit to their company.

My whole experience with Carsa has been easy. In particular, I need to thank Rosie for the initial talk through, Matt for all the follow-up and Jamie for the final confirmation. With their outstanding service and assistance, I've been able to have my questions answered, extra photos sent to me, and reserve the car for viewing without even leaving the house. It's been a completely painless process.
