I have just received the most incredible service while buying my car. Bought unseen (I live outside the country) over the phone, I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. The team at Karhouse, bent over backwards, firstly to inform me of any bad points, then to make sure everything was in place for my arrival in England. I will definitely use Karhouse again, and recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

I have known Imran and Bash since 2004, buying and part exchanging a number of cars in that time. They are friendly, knowledgeable and best of all are car enthusiasts! They always have a great stock of cars in that are well priced - buying is a straight forward, easy transaction with no hard sell at all. I would not hesitate to recommend friends and family to use them or to anyone who wants a good used car buying experience.

Can’t recommend enough. Bought a 93 supra from these guys in jan 2021 for a really good price. Had a few little niggles here and there due to it being an older car and being standing for a while but anything I pointed out they offered to sort there and then even after I drove the car away without warranty. Genuine bloke glad I chose to buy from him 👍🏼

Bought a higher mileage older BMW. Excellent experience with faultless communication starting at 11pm on a Saturday evening. Picked the car up today with a clean one year MOT. It drives perfectly. Highly recommended, no reservations

I recently bought a van here, absolutely top service from beginning to end. Extremely genuine guy (which you don't find a lot in car sales!). Despite the three hour distance, I will always look here first in the future for my next vehicle. Trustworthy to the highest degree. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. DON'T TAKE THE RISK WITH THIS COMPANY. If I should even call it a company! The owner had me waiting on viewing a car for two weeks. Clearly in that time more work was being done to the car then he cred to share. He brought the car two me as compensation to messing me around for two weeks, and there being issues with the car that he wanted to hide. Details that should be described. A faulty roof, faulty glove box, faulty exhaust, and there was a noise coming from somewhere but clearly was another fault. The moment the issues were pointed out his polite attitude change to aggressive and abrupt. There were a few interior issues that clearly would cost more to fix over time then the overpriced tag he had on the car. He took a £1₩₩ refundable deposit from me and I have in writing it is refundable he has now refused to communicate or let me know the details he needs to make the refund. He clearly is a bit of a dodgy guy and I'm now having to contact consumer rights, the credit company to get a refund. He is not trustworthy you have been lucky if you got a decent transaction. But those who have not already dont risk it.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY'

Initially I gave this business a good review, as they were very nice in person, however I would urge everyone to avoid them completely as they are extremely untrustworthy.
I took my heavily pregnant neighbour to check out and purchase a large family vehicle she had seen on-line, She needed a car that would fit three car seats and told the dealer this was the purpose of the vehicle.
The vehicle she bought appeared reasonable, with a fairly new MoT, but an examination at a trusted garage the next day showed so many faults and failures that the vehicle had to be written off. Most crucial of which was multiple brake faults. Not only did these criminals knowingly send out a pregnant woman in an extremely dangerous vehicle, they also lied repeatedly and withheld vital paperwork and an agreed refund causing weeks of stress.

Excellent service, very helpful person, Mr Imran Kasool exceed my expectations as a car agent. First I went to Nissan and pegeot looking for a car and they checked Mr credit score and told me that my credit score is so poor and no one will lend me more than £4000. So I called Karhouse and told Mr Imran I have some money and I need a automatic petrol 7 seater family car, He told me that he will try to find a car that suit my needs and with in 24hrs he manages to get me the car and sort out my insurance for the imported car. I recommend this agency to my friends.
