Worcester Used Car Centre

I can not recommend Worcester used car center enough, with Jonathan at the helm. I had been trying for weeks to buy a particular car from another dealer only to be fobbed off and ignored at every attempt of contact. But Jonathan replied to every question, every email, and every request. When I actually took the car for a test drive it was immaculate and Jonathan made every attempt to ensure the car would be 100% before I drove away. When he promised it would be ready early next week, he delivered. Honestly I've never dealt with someone who had made buying a car so easy and straightforward before. I cannot praise this car center enough! Johnathon will ensure you have the best possible experience. I bought the car today and cannot envisage any issues but if there are I'm sure they'd be quick to help

Posted cars for sale on Facebook looking for a budget first car so not anything too expensive which I explained in my first message, all the cars advertised met my budget, took an hour round journey to come and have a look at the cars, turned up, none of the cars advertised were there, looked round, nobody to come and talk to us. Absolute waste of time and fuel, won't bother again.

Turned up to look at the cars available. The guys knew I was there looking with my son, as they were looking at us, but not one person came over to say 'hi' or to see if they could help with anything and continued their personal conversations.
I didn't bother staying much longer than 10 minutes, as I didn't feel welcomed or valued as a potential customer

Really friendly dealer, no pushy salesman. Some really nice well looked after cars and no rip off prices or anything like that.
Enough choice to satisfy those not 100% sure on what they want or need. Highly recommend

Don't bother, save your money and go elsewhere. We had bought a car but the exhaust was blown. When we were told that a new part had been fitted we took it to our regular mechanic for a service and was told that it had just been filled with mastic....Also when we saw the car originally it had Michelin tyres, when we eventually got the car after lock down we discovered that they had been changed to a cheaper make. Not impressed.

Bought my car of Johnathan who was charming, how ever I had a problem within 10 days of the purchase, I have left messages, emailed with absolutely no response. I feel very let down & I am disappointed with the aftercare service.

Jon was very professional and easy to deal with, we had an issue with the newly purchased vehicle which could not of been foreseen. Jon paid for the repair in full and made the whole situation as pain free as possible. Good Service and nice man to deal with.

5 star service. Will definitely be returning for my next car. Felt looked after from start to finish with buying my daughter's first car, lovely experience. Car is in amazing condition and we're thrilled with it. Would thoroughly recommend a visit to Worcester Used Car Centre. 😎😁
