Mex Car Sales Ltd

Bought a Peugeot 207cc from Mex Cars at the end of October, and can not aprecommend these guys enough. From the minuet I walked through the doors the staff were nothing but helpful and not pushy at all. I would like to say a massive thank you to Paul who was great I was very nervous about buying a second hand car however he was very reassuring and was in constant communication with me right up until I bought the car. After a few days of having the car a light came on however that was no problem as I took it back to the garage and it was sorted the same day, it's so reassuring to know that if there ever is a problem may it be a year down the line that you can always go back to the garage and any problems will be covered under the warranty! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE all round and I will be more than happy to recommend you to anyone I know looking to buy a car! Once again thank you Paul and everyone else at Mex Cars LTD

I have bought three cars from these guys last one just yesterday, every car has been excellent fair priced and never had a problem. I will always use them as they always have great stock and they are honest and decent people to deal with. Highly recommended, three month warranty and free AA break down cover with every car...You simply cant go wrong with this dealer.

Just purchased a BMW 1-Series... staff have been fabulous, been supportive the whole way through. Any extras i have asked for (a years mot, a yrs warranty) it has been granted! Lovely gentleman. Thanks for making me happy and confident with my new car.

Just bought a car from them and very happy with their service and care. Great market price and clean presentation. Had some suggestions on the previous mot which they then took care of (didn't have to) so great service. Not pushy sales and look after you and even helped me get the road tax before I drove away. Good guys and well recommended.

I just bought a car from Mex Cars and I genuinely think the service they offer is excellent. I've never bought from a dealer before and I'm not going to pretend to be an expert in cars but I have to say, Mory and his brother very quickly made me feel comfortable and allayed any concerns I had. I actually popped in on the off chance over the weekend and Mory was kind enough to take me out for a test drive after answering some questions about the car and checking in with me about my needs. At no point was he pushy, he was just genuine and made me feel at ease and left the ball in my court.

The next day, I popped back in (after visiting another dealership and having an absolute nightmare of an experience!) and bought it. Buying a used car is always a bit of a lottery I guess but you can definitely control who you choose to buy from and I felt I could trust these guys. They gave me a full service and MOT (as it had 6 months to go and they like you to leave with 12 months) and I also have the peace of mind knowing there's a three month warranty.

I would highly recommend Mex Cars if you're on the lookout for a new motor.

My experience with Booking.com & MEX rent a car in Cancun is by far, one of the worst i have ever had when travelling.

It's a shame how little interest they have on you as a customer once you've paid for your NON-PROVIDED service.

We had booked a car with MEX rentals through Booking.com more than 2 months ago. We landed a bit later than expected (what tbh, happens all the time in Mexico) and they used this excuse to refuse our documents & not to give us a car. Despite the fact that we HAD ALREADY PAID the service, i could prove that I am a mexican resident, we had our driver licence... everything!

We knew later that they do this to auction your car. They literally auction the car to whoevers gets in there first, no matter if you had already paid the booking.

When we contacted booking.com to ask for a compensation or at least, an excuse, they just emailed back saying "you were late so there's nothing we can do".

So disappointing. I could not recommend more to avoid Booking.com & MEX rent a car when travelling in Mexico. They ll take your money, find the way to keep it and not even thank you for that. SUPERBE!

Excellent professional people. Got a very good deal, very honest up front and after sales is great which you don't get at big brands.
