Me and my partner recently bought a Mercedes Benz from this company and from start to finish was an amazing experience and service. We Unfortunately through no fault of E&B motors experienced a problem with the car and rang them on a Sunday regarding the problem. Bearing in mind we live in Kent they immediately drove down and collected the car leaving us with a courtesy car. To our surprise we received a phone call the next day saying our car had been fixed and road tested and they delivered our car back to us the same day. Amazing service I would highly recommend To anyone wanting to purchase a car. Can’t fault anything about them so friendly and approachable. Mr and Mrs Farr

Unfortunately the review I gave Andy and E&B Motors a few months back when they collected my sons car and took it back for repair. Need to be rescinded as the car still has the fault and now they are not getting back to me for a full refund or to collect the car. They took the car back for repair and dropped it back. Then 2 weeks ago my son was driving it and heard a thud. When investigated the engine mounts that hold the engine engine were loose and one had snapped in half where it was not done up. Now Andrew from E&B Motors is not returning my calls or emails so it looks like it will have to be court action I am afraid. The engine needs replacing due to burning oil also so not impressed with E&B Motors in Southend at the moment. If they call me and give us a full refund as promised in the last email from Andrew at E&B Motors I will remove this but at the moment they are not getting back to me. My son does not have a car and has been hiring one for 2 weeks. When I asked E&B Motors to help pay for a loan my text was totally ignored. So not happy with them at all especially as my son has been driving around in a death trap.

My experience at e&b was all good they were so helpful when picking my my new fiat 500 by sorting everything out log book tax could not have had better service they were great service thanks gill

Was nervous about buying a car without seeing it, especially as it was to be my granddaughters first car. As it turned out I needn't have worried.
