I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle online. I was looking for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. That's how I found Luton Trade Center, here I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and my customer service rep handled me very well. John was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, kind, and knew just what I wanted based on my interests.
Unfortunately, I ran into some small problems with the car but they were addressed in a timely manner with the utmost proficiency. I appreciate the great customer service and recommend it to others.

Really positive experience buying a used car remotely! I decided on Sunday which car I wanted after Tony sent videos/answered all of the questions I had, then by Wednesday morning the car had arrived! 3 day delivery time is much faster than most clothing stores can deliver to my area - let alone taking into account the tricky logistics of getting the car prepped and ready for deliver, then loaded onto a lorry and driven hundreds of miles! Really great service, thanks very much in particular to Tony.
