Medivet Waltham Abbey

Jess and the incredible team at Medivet WA (and at Enfield hospital) have been wonderful to us and our labradoodle this past week!

Sam ingested a toxic household substance. Within 45 minutes, the front of house staff advised me to call the poisons hotline and he was subsequently seen urgently.

Over the next few days, Jess and the team were so patient and supportive during what was an incredibly stressful few days. We were given frequent and clear updates, details were broken down so they were understandable and lots of reassurance was given. Lastly, the team took care of everything with our insurance company very efficiently.

We’re super grateful for the Medivet team and I would 100% recommend them to other dog owners!

What a most amazing team at Medi Vet Waltham Abbey. Jess has such a talent and has looked after our senior dog so well that he has bounced back into prime health with medication. Thank you Jess for being there. The rest of the team are equally amazing, Liz is super efficient at getting all the medication sorted each month, and our dog loves her, she always has time for a cuddle with the dancing dog! Thank you Medi Vet for bringing our dog back to a good quality of life xx

All the staff at the Waltham Abbey Medivet are really amazing, they are kind, friendly, attentive and really thorough. I'm confident my cat is receiving the best possible care despite his challenging condition.

The team are wonderful. Very polite and friendly. Easy to get an appointment and have my cats best interests at heart. Sadly, medivet's pricing is extortionate and they don't accept insurance policies directly. These are the two downfalls.

I have been to Waltham Abbey medivet several times over the past few years and always found the staff pleasant friendly and cheerful and very knowledgeable. The two vets Jess and Abbie always treat my cats with respect kindness and are both excellent vets and lovely people who are easy to talk to about any aspect of their care and treatment .I will definitely continue to take my cats to the practice and wouldn't use anywhere else.
