Vets4Pets - Hayling Island

One of the best services I have ever had. Professional and understanding staff who provide first class customer service. For once I did not feel like I was on a conveyor belt with the normal in and out procedure I have experienced from other practices, Daniel had taken the time to read through Bailey’s history before I had even gone in and then listened to what I had to say before a treatment plan was agreed.
To all the staff I dealt with yesterday a very big thank you, Bailey is already starting to feel better!

Very friendly staff, my dog was happy to go with the nurse, everyone loved having my dog visit she had plenty of love and cuddling during her visit thank you .

Staff are always friendly and caring. I rang in the morning in the hope of getting an appointment that day for Pepper. They had just one with a vet I'd not seen before, which I was happy with. However, when I arrived, the vet that usually sees Pepper came out to us. She saw we were coming in and swapped over with the other vet due to continuity. Mari knows Pepper and his history. She is absolutely lovely and caring. Pepper isn't under the pet care plan (my other pets are). This is due to his ill health and it's not appropriate to give him vaccinations. Not sure how much longer Pepper will be with me, but I know he and I will be treated with respect when that day comes.

Very nice place. Polite, pleasant and professional staff. Lovely vet, was very kind when we lost our dog.

We moved to the Island a year ago and were looking for a new vets for our old boys. Vets for pets in Hayling are absolutely fantastic. They put our old boys at ease and are so caring and compassionate. They were both quite anxious doggies but now have no problems with visiting there “friends” at the vets.

Beautiful area with large spaces for the donkeys to graze and ample barn accommodation. Volunteers assist by regularly cleaning, grooming and chatting to visitors on open days. There is an open Cafe where one can relax and watch the donkeys. A small shop on site to buy a few souvenirs featuring the donkeys by name andxof course one can adopt a chosen donkey for only £24 pa towards their welfare. A great 2 hrs spent.

As for this visit and everyone before it, the team are always there to help and really are a phone call away.

We have a cat that was diagnosed with diabetes at 14 months old and they have done more than they should have to help us and her keep going.

I can't thank them enough for everything they have done.
