Bright Side Vets

Amazing vets absolutely wonderful the best vets around they help my girl every time very caring. Ive had to edit my review becuase brightside really are the best vets i took the puppies in for injections today diesel Gretel and lexy and wow how much love they have for the animals they see not just with mine but withh everyone that was in there.

The staff here have been looking after my dog for many years now, after recently having invasive surgery, they have been attentively looking after her and keeping us updated with progress reports and a care plan. Very happy with the service we’ve had with Bright Side.

We all know vets can be expensive but I was very concerned when my dog got sick recently. Rest assured Bright side had invited me for an appointment at very short notice. Dealt with my boy with compassion and care. Advice, medication, treatment and health screen was given. Cost was very fair given the circumstances. He is now recovering well. Thanks so much Bright side.

Always really friendly and helpful, managed to squeeze my cat in for vaccinations after a mix up with days and happy to answer any questions without making you feel silly. I foster cats and it’s nice to feel like the nurses are as invested in the cats well being as you are. I asked if they can see my degus as well if needs be and they said yes! Even let me use one of their rooms to wash my hands when I had no water after an appointment. Thank you!

I absolutely can't fault this practice. We have had two puppies needing care - and the team have been compassionate and supportive throughout. I trust them to answer my questions and help .e find ways forward

They were very calming and sympathetic regarding me having to put down my baby boy. They let me be with him, hold him and be with him as long as I needed to be. The free prints of his paws and clippings of his fur were just so heart warming. My other fur baby is a patient here and will remain so.

Really lovely staff, looked after my little Frenchie whilst he had the chop! Poor little lampshade head for a week, but healed really well and very affordable. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Brightside Vets. The staff are amazing, very helpful and caring. Unlike other vets, these guys first priority is the care of the patient not the owners wallet.
