Putting in an official complaint about the service I received and the lack of response. Terrible uncaring and money grabbing. Left my dog in a right state. Use Brook End now not far away. Far better service and would recommend. Affordable too.

We have a very vet phobic dog. But they were very understanding, and he was calm, took it all in his stride. Even had his temperature taken, & injection. (Which are the worse to set him off). He was just so laid back.
Friendly staff, caring and kind, beautiful setting. But maybe just a little bit hard to find, even with a sat nav.

Great friendly vets practice. Although Covid restrictions are still in place they are still open as normal. The main difference is that the veterinary nurse comes outside to pick up your pet for the appointment so you can't talk to the vet during the consultation, however, I would think that if you wanted to talk directly to the vet they would come and see you.
