Along with other vets in the Furness area could clearly hear a beloved dog screaming in agony and refused to see him. He later died. I will never use a so called vet in this area ever again.

Firstly i would like to thank Joanne (barrow practice) and Eve (ulverston practice) for how helpful they were with myself and Deefa when she had many trips to the vets over the last 9months.

Unfortunately things cant be said for some of the other staff. The vet and her assistant (kelly) working at Ulverston practice on the 17th June was the worst experience ive ever had with the vets in my 4 years of using them.

After Deefa becoming poorly and couldn't physically use her back end i made the decision to have her put to sleep as i did what was best for her not me. While holding Deefa waiting for it to happen, i was asked by assitant if i wanted to 'rehome her' which i think is absolutely disgraceful. Asif it wasnt a traumatic time as it was without having to deal with questions like that.

For then to be told HIS ashes will be back in a week and a half. HE was a SHE and surely that was on the screen.

I call up about her ashes on the Monday a week and half later to be told we only get a delivery once a week so will be Thursday, like it is a parcel coming from Amazon.

Collected ashes on Thursday and they had to go looking for the paw prints id asked for when Deefa had been put to sleep! Luckily they found them.

No compassion what so ever

Tim was brilliant with our dog and two cats, booster time again. Only downfall was the cost of the boosters.

Always brilliant here, sadly this was to bring in our beloved Cavalier that had passed away for cremation
The lady's were extremely compassionate and made the process easier

My cat Olly was attacked by a dog 9.30 at night. The treatment he got from Alexanders was 1st class. I doubt that without their care & quick judgement Olly would not be here today.
