Thank you Vet4Life and a special Thank you to Jimmy!
they are everything except Vets Only interested in generating revenue.
The Vets are trained to brain wash you and to take money from you .
very little interest in pets welfare . Greedy with money . The Vets are rude with bad manners and incompetent . In one occasion they want to
Operate for a lipoma on my dog for £2500 after they sedate the dog they phone me and told me that the Vet hasn’t got the skill to do surgery on the dog after sedated a 13 yrs old female beagle .
The provide you with Quick fix treatment “antibiotics” is their major one and expensive bills every consultation even for a check up after two or three days of first consultation they charge you for the second check up consultation one if the Vet comment was if you are not happy with us you can always go somewhere else.
Money is their priority. Elle and Chelsey are so rude and insensitive especially Elle very aggressive . STAY AWAY
The receptionists are nice
When a procedure needs to be done, I always ask for the options available to fix the issue/illness, pros and cons, and prices and decide for myself what works or what doesn't.
I found them to be very good and addressing my concerns and finding a good resolution. When we had to do a procedure, they sent off my reimbursement claim to PetPlan directly so I didn't have to do it myself. Very happy with their service and attention and did not experience any of the negative issues mentioned by others.
Vet4Life Teddington demonstrated a concerning absence of compassion, care and guidance on a day that our cat sadly had to be put to rest. Their prescribed course of diagnosis was scattergun and ill-judged based on our cats history and personality. All of which they knew due to many years history (the majority of which was under previous independent management; more highly qualified vets and a more caring team). In her final hours, with no support or understanding, we withdrew our cat from the prolonged inevitable stress and cold-blooded atmosphere and took her elsewhere. Within an hour of entering a different vets that day, they had diagnosed her problem (by just feeling and touching her - no scans, blood tests, x-rays) and helped us make a more informed and supported decision to put her to sleep with dignity and kindness.
I feel it needs highlighting that the majority of positive reviews here and elsewhere were written whilst under previous independent management who always went above and beyond and genuinely cared for animals and their owners. Almost all of the negative reviews have clearly been date stamped since the recent change in management and personnel. It is also telling how these comments have all received the same cold-hearted standard reply stating "Due to data protection we cannot discuss this case...." What's the difficulty in saying "We're sorry you had this experience."?
I could go into more detail but for me, the lack of quality care and willingness to leave a cat suffering was most concerning.
