Took my dog last year for a simple diarrhoea. Got stitched up with bill after bill. Too expensive for what they offer. Went to another vet, simple test and meds got cleared. Mandeville gave my pup two antibiotics courses and could not fix it. Also sold me diet food that's not needed. Do you know Vets get paid when recommending diet pet food!?! Conflict of Interest

Excellent service as always. Kind, friendly and polite staff.

My cat has been missing and he is microchipped, someone bought him in and they scanned him and found my details and they only called me once which went to voicemail and never tried to call me back, the person that bought him in had to take him back home but had to leave him outside again because of their circumstances.
very poor, and disappointing and my cat is still missing. 👎🏽💔
