They are good, don’t get me wrong. But always late on appointments with no communication. I’ve waited 15-30mins for all my appointments beyond the initial booking time.

Booked appointment for my Dog Arthur for a tick removal..Turns out it was just a growth... in and out within 3 minutes... Unbelievable friendly service exceptionally clean

Great vets in Burgess Hill and we've just registered (August 2022) our young Labrador with them. We chose them for a variety of reasons, their customer service is good, they have good parking available, they are situated next to a big park, the building is clean and tidy inside and out and they have a good pet plan membership (not insurance, more like a pet maintenance plan, which we pay a low monthly fee for, for them to look after our dog) They also have an app available on android and ios that enables us to communicate with the practice, setup a profile for our dog and make bookings etc. Finally, my wife and me were pleasantly surprised to find out they had won several important awards recently and that made us feel confident in entrusting our dog's care with them for the foreseeable future. We recently had our first appointment and it all went well (although there was a twenty minute delay - these things happen) and we sat in the large air conditioned reception area. Whilst we waited, we weighed our dog on the large weighing machine and also had a look at their range of animal toy and food products on display as well as meeting some of the other owners and their pets. Our Vet was very pleasant and was patient with us, listening to all of our dog's back story (he's a rescue and has a couple of issues) and then answering any questions we had. After the initial health check, we all agreed on a sensible health plan and we were very happy with the whole process. Only time will tell how it all goes from here but so far the signs are all good and we feel we made the right choice - so happy to recommend 👌 😊
