Rachel is an amazing vet! She put my quite nervous rabbit Clover at ease and clipped his nails so well (which I struggle to do with 2 people!) And gave him his vaccine quickly. She is very knowledgeable about rabbits (you'd be surprised about the amount of vets who aren't!) And genuinely enjoys her job. I'm considering moving my other rabbits to this surgery. Amazing! ♥️

Visited (for the first time) on 4/8/22, as my cat had fleas. The vet we saw, (Paula), is knowledgeable and professional. Administered Program and Advocate. My boy is a lot better in himself now 🙂.
Receptionist kindly spent some time explaining their VIP Health Plan.
Consultation fee extremely reasonable.
Highly recommended
Many thanks from myself and from Wispa!

We took our sickly 1.5 y/o dog Badger here. Even though we weren’t registered with this vet (visiting London) they were very friendly and saw him straight away.

Paula gave a thorough and professional diagnosis and provided instant treatment for him as well as a course of pills. Badger was on the mend straight away, we even had a follow up call a week later to check in on him and us.

Parish Lane were great, we were quite stressed and upset as first time dog owners and they were quick and professional, exactly what we needed at the time. Would recommend to all.

First visit to the Vet for our new puppy went extremely well, everyone was lovely and we were seen after just a couple minutes wait. Vet was very thorough & gentle with our pup and provided everything we need to start the treatment plan there and then.

Totally stress free experience.

The lady on reception was very caring, and helpful, I didn't need to see the vet, just popped in for some worming tablets, the staff are always very nice in here and also the mayow rd surgery, I had a few concerns about my dog, and she was happy to listen and pass on a message to the vet. Always a great service, thanks

I've been registered with this vets for over ten years with my greyhounds and originally when it was an independently ran place it was fantastic and reliable. Unfortunately since it has been taken over by the Mayow Group I've had a string of disappointing and upsetting experiences. Most recently, I've had to call every day for. week for a written prescription for ongoing treatment, something that should be fulfilled within 24 hours.

In addition to that, I've realised that they are charging upwards of double the cost for medication that you can purchase (with a prescription) elsewhere. For example the £80 bottle of 100ml of Loxicom / Metacam that I get monthly to treat my hound's arthritis is available for £31 via mail-order. That feels like a pretty dishonourable mark-up to me. It's sad to write this review as they were formerly a really reliable vets, but it seems that has fallen by the wayside.

Took my kitten here for her first vaccination, lovely service and the vet was really helpful with understanding kitten care.
