Medivet Welwyn Garden City Mill Green Rd

We have a new puppy, and we are so happy we chose The Oak Practice as our Vets. The staff are absolutely wonderful; so warm and friendly. They clearly love animals - they always make such a fuss of Cheddar when we come for our appointments! We were initially worried about not being able to come into the practice because of Covid, and that Cheddar would be upset to be away from us, but she always goes in very happily with Jasmine/the nurses! We've been able to get appointments on the day we've needed them and Cheddar has received excellent care. Thank you so much and see you soon!

We have been going to this practice for over 30 years when it was ptivatly owed with o complaints. When Medivet took the practice over we were still happy until last Friday when our dog Maxi became really ill.
The receptionist who was very pleasant informed me that they have no vet as he has gone back home.
We had to wait nearly 2 hours for her to phone back and tell us that we have been booked into the Cuffley branch. No big deal but why can't you get a vet who is going to stay for good .

My dogs are always excited when we come for their appointment, mostly because the staff gives them so much attention and my two absolutely loves it! The vets, Laura and Rita are both very nice and look after my dogs. I highly recommend this vet practice.

Great service and caring team for my much loved dog.

I recently moved from St Albans to Welwyn Garden City and was a bit apprehensive changing Medivet practise as Kitty was used to the previous one. I've just taken her to Medivet WGC Mill Green Rd and the Team there couldn't be more professional, polite and caring. They went the extra mile to calm a nervous Kitty and even clean her/her carrier, as Kitty had a little accident on the way to the Vet. All done with a smile on a clearly busy day. Thanks very much.

Wonderful vets. I didn't have enough to pay my excess but they still treated my dog and told me to pay when i get paid. They are also going direct through my insurance. Cannot praise them enough. So good to have a vet that cares about the animal not the money

We are so pleased with this practice. The staff are all very caring and friendly. My dog had to have some tests done and I was worried about the results. They were so caring and Margarida was so lovely, she phoned me on Sunday to put my mind at rest that the results came back fine.

Lovely staff who took my initial call and Maggie the vet was lovely too. I wasn’t able to go in the practice because of COVID restrictions but I went and sat in my car and the vet called when she was done. I thought my cockapoo Freddy would be distressed not going with him but he was absolute fine they took great care of him.
