Parkside Veterinary Centre

Had my 3year old kitty neutered here, instantly felt comfortable leaving him with the vet whilst they did the procedure. When i bought him home we had a complication and he hemorrhaged, they got us an appointment straight away, kept him in overnight for observation, done an abdominal ultrasound to check there was no internal bleeding, they went above and beyond to ensure my kitty was okay. At his check up we had his cannula removed where they was loving and gentle to our scared kitty and gave two calls after to make sure all was okay. Can not fault them At all they have been amazing! All lovely friendly staff and a spotless surgery!

Straight away i take that star away .as they are the worst vets in surrey.our beautiful lola died down to there neglect.which cost lola her life.torn lung. With in a week lola suffocated.sent home to die .it was deception .£1,000 pounds for op.now they want £,691 .for after care lola never got.allways get a second opinion.as your pet will end up like lola buried in our garden

The staff here are simply awesome, they are able to calm anxiety in the most extreme cercumstances.
My boy Figgie was attended to after being hit by a vehicle, he was looked after so well and I was given information about the procedures and various outcomes.
He is home recovering, being tube fed and has drains in place. Still some way to go yet, but I am so thankful to all the staff at the surgery for their care and expertise.

Highly recommend this clinic - everyone is lovely and the doctors are excellent at what they do. Our cat loves the team despite the fact she hates going to the doctor and is usually catatonic from fear by the time we get there. The team always make her feel at ease and are so gentle with her. We'll be moving from Carshalton but will keep coming here as it's such a great clinic

My poor elderly cat had a very infected paw. The young vet who treated her was very kind and caring and sensitive to her needs and explained clearly to us what the issue was and what they needed to do and the after care we needed to give her. Excellent service,

After taking my 13 year old cat to them in October to discover she had cancer and was dead less then 12 hrs later. I’m sure there must of been signs when the Same cat went under to get her teeth done a few months before!!!!

Same m.o after a recent visit with the kitten it’s like there reading from a book or something.
I spoke to a 24hr vet who listened to the symptoms of the problem over the phone and gave me a proper assessment and was told to monitor the cat in the end all was well .

Wished I’d taken my animals away from parkside as soon as mr Nash left he was a proper vet.

Sadly there was not much they could do for my cat, but they certainly tried. Professional, compassionate and honest.
