Great vet team, always take their time to explain everything fully and ensure our puppy is well looked after. Really love how friendly and personable the staff are and Ziggy loves their gravy bones!!!

Amazing experience. I was nervous taking my new noisy rescue dog to the vet for the first time. I needn’t have worried. The calm and caring receptionist/veterinary nurse, Emma, was welcoming, calm and reassuring. We were seen by the veterinarian - Dr Hardman, in a timely fashion, who was able to assess my hound quickly and without causing him ( or me) stress or discomfort.
So pleased I chose an independent veterinarian who prides themselves on excellent customer service. My dog voted with his wagging tail, I’m sure yours will too.

Popped in the day they opened and couldn’t believe how warm and friendly everyone was. Feel very relieved to have an independent vet in the village. Signed up and have met the lovely lady vet when getting annual vaccinations for our dog. When walking round the village have popped in to weigh the dog, buy some poo bags, looking for any excuse to visit and chat with the lovely vet nurse Emma! Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Over the years The House Vet at Rowly House Vet, and now including Newdigate House Vets, have treated not only my animals with care and compassion, but have also looked to reassure me and explain procedures. I cannot fault their professionalism and kindness. Sole proprietor Dr Alyson Hardman and her associates are honest, diligent and, above all, caring.

I saw a very gruff , patronising unhappy female vet. Then went to Medivet and the difference was like night and day.
