Vets4Pets - Ilford

On the 1.12.2020@ 17.15 i experienced the worst customer service by a young female on shift.
Hasn't got a clue on how to deal with customers or there needs.
Went in looking to spend a pretty penny for the kids simple thing just buying fish.
Left disappointed disheartened and kids dreams crushed.

Good place, nice staff, me and my pet are always happy to visit

Got an appointment very quickly.
Vet knew what he was doing, and explained it to me.
Although thorough the vet was fairly quick causing less stress for my cat who was already unwell and upset.

They were friendly and helpful from start to finish, it was easy to get an appointment they were very helpful. Everything was explained and I was kept informed with what I needed to do and they kept me up to date on my cat after the procedure, my cat had a few quite days but is now back to his usual self. Thank you all so much

I got a annual vaccine for my New Mini Lop Rabbit. His 10 weeks old. Cost me £70 but the vet did a full health check and said his healthy. The vet was very nice and i trusted him with my little ball of fur. Would recommend this vet. Saw alot of people with dogs and cats coming to vets so im sure they are very good with all pets. Happy with the service will recommend

These vets are amazing! I brought my cats there just to be vaccinated and chipped but I was so impressed by their knowledge and professionalism that they are my go to vets for everything as they have the equipment onsite for bloodwork etc. The receptionists are actually nurses and they also give good advice on the phone. There are some awful vet places in London so I really really rate them highly.

Update: had to bring chipmunk back with the issue still continuing and the service again was great. The Italian vet is fabulous

Friendly and professional staff, can tell they really do love animals and so far have been very empathetic and helpful.
