Stanley House Veterinary Group - Burnley

Been going to the Barnoldswick branch who have been lovely with my pup, moved house and now visit the Burnley branch who are just as amazing with her, never known a dog to be more excited to go to the vets but she loves them! First time pet owner and they have been very helpful and informative with me 💙

My beautiful cat died suddenly, totally unexpected, the staff at the Burnley branch were wonderful in handling the situation showing empathy, understanding and care in the way Thor and myself were treated. Thank you for the handwritten card, the paw prints and forget me not flower seeds. Excellent service as always

We have had to have one of our dogs put to sleep.
We booked her in at Colne and when we arrived, we were taken to a private room to wait so that we didn’t have to sit teary eyed in the main waiting room. The vet was very compassionate and the process was very straight forward and peaceful.
Today we received a hand written card and a packet of wildflower seeds to plant in her memory. It was lovely that the card was hand written and personal instead of computer generated, (that meant so much, thank you).
My only slight criticism is that we couldn’t get an appointment quickly. Once you’ve decided it needs to be done, it’s horrible having to wait, knowing what lies ahead!
The vets at Stanley House have always been good, I would recommend them to anyone.

1st visit today with my cat Renee. Vet Jill was amazing and I felt througly involved in all decisions as to next steps for Renee who has a persistent skin condition. The reception staff were fabulous and supported and resolved all of my enquiries. My faith has been restored. Fantastic experience.

As ever, it was professional and quick.

I cannot rate these vetinaries, nurses and admin staff highly enough.
They saved my dogs life 2 years ago and they TRULY care.

First visit as our new Puppy was booked in for vaccinations by the Dog rescue she came from. The service was absolutely fantastic. We'd never used them before as it's the wrong side of town but they're excellent.

Highly recommended. The lovely staff saved our little Richie.
