Very nice, helpful people.😊 Waiting room is small so be aware of the temperament of your animal if you visit (cat's in cat carriers ect.).

Thank you so much for seeing my dog at short notice.
I called the practice at 6pm Monday evening as a new client and was offered an appointment the next day.
My dog is not too happy at the vets, but the vet and nurse made her feel very comfortable with treats 😁
After examining her she explained in great detail the problem, offered advice and suggested another visit if her problem hadnt cleared.
The charge for this was very reasonable.
I will definitely recommend to friends.
Thank you all again, your all very professional and caring.

Have taken 3 cats to this vets recently and have always managed to get an appointment time to suit me, and sometimes at short notice! Have seen a man and lady vet, both extremely caring and I felt my cats were in good hands! Will continue to use. Lovely staff all round.

I have been with Mark Nelson's for 30 years with a short gap recently due to personal issues.

They have always put my animals first and always treated me and my animals with care and respect.

When my beautiful girl Bailey suddenly fell terminally ill, they did everything they could to make her last week's comfortable and pain free, and when she finally deteriorated early one Saturday morning, they were there to make sure she didn't suffer anymore.

I have just moved back to the area and have immediately re registered my three with them and an appointment was immediately available to see my poorly cat.

Can't recommend this surgery enough.

Caring vets and one receptionist lady has to be the kindest and loveliest I've had the pleasure of dealing with.

Went there just to be told there's no nurses ! With no messages no email telling me that the appointment has been canceled!

They have such a lovely morning receptionist.
However disappointed with pushing medicine as necessary for the pet when it is not all needed. And then being given antibiotics transferred from a big batch into a small bottle that you can hardly reach with a cheap syringe that doesn’t even work properly.
Unfortunately I will not be returning.

The vets take great care of my cat, they look after him and treat him like they would their own pet. Their staff are very professional and kind on the phone, it's easy to get a booking, they follow up.

Would absolutely recommend.

Brought my 3 month old Newfie puppy for the first time today. The most incredibly rude receptionist told me to wait outside. I was then informed I needed a mask (not a problem at all, Im just 9 months pregnant and forgetful) and that they wouldn't supply one unless I paid for it!! Mask mandate is no longer obligatory and I would of been happy to wear one but the rudeness and being asked to buy a mask from them in order for my puppy to be seen is terrible. I can only imagine what I would of also been charged.
