Melbourne Veterinary Centre - Cannock

Marvellous vets! All vets are expensive when you haven’t got the money so I’m not going to comment on price. Both our cats have been treated well. The staff are kind and caring. When we had to let one of our cats go they treated us and our beloved cat with utmost professionalism and dignity. Would recommend to anyone.

First time I've ever used them and I took my chicken in (yes chicken) we were lucky enough to see Rhianna and she was great so thorough and yet thoughtful at the same time.
Reception staff friendly nothing to much trouble, they truly are a great bunch.
They jumped through hoops for us and I am truly grateful.
We will be back, not too often hopefully ;)

They have gone a before and beyond when my daughter cat lost his battle to liver failure. They were so supportive and treated her cat with so much care and love. I also have my own pets with them and would never change vets they deserve more than a 5 star rating. I thank all the team for their care they gave to our beloved Teddy.

It is difficult to find the right words to express my thanks and gratitude to the staff at Melbourne vets who were getting ready to close on Saturday 20th August when I arrived with my senior dog, Poppy, who had suddenly collapsed at home.
My own vets was closed for the weekend, but Melbourne vets took a frantic call from me and told me they would see Poppy as an emergency. The receptionist, nurse and vet were brilliant throughout this traumatic experience. Sadly Poppy didn't make it but the care, compassion and dignity shown by these 3 professionals was above and beyond anything I could have wished for in Poppy's final moments.

The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We didn't have to wait too long to be seen by the vet. The advice and service from vet was useful and informative. Overall a very positive experience ✨️

Disappointed with the vet, almost text book consultation, despite blood test diagnosis of kidney failure it was suggested I change my dogs diet to a renal one. Despite me walking in with a dog who couldn't stand and wouldn't eat and hadn't eaten for4 days, found this advice unhelpful.

Caring staff, both my cats are now registered here. Kitten club available for my new addition and cat for my older one.
Recently had to get my older one reviewed as she was unwell. The vet was thorough and caring. She gave multiple suitable options for treatment depending upon budget. Definitely happy my fur babies are well looked after here.

Been back today with the other fur baby who's got into a fight and lost. Vet was brilliant, really caring and gentle with simba. Very happy and def recommend!

Lovely lady vet that my little boy fell for. She was so kind and loving to him.
