Very good practice, friendly and understanding staff. Very good with all animals I've seen them interact with including my mum and dad's hyperactive dog lol.

A really amazing veterinary. Can’t rate them enough. Looked after my cat very well when she was alive. When she unfortunately passed away, they sent a lovely card that was very sweet.

Thanks Pet Doctors Gford

My cat ended up dying because the Guildford branch and Tongham branch didn't have a vet on sight and I was told to wait until the next day! Pet doctors as a whole needs to sort itself out so no further unnecessary trauma or suffering happens to animals!

We have been with Pet Doctors Guildford since getting our puppy in January of this year. They have been unfailingly kind, supportive and knowledgeable. We've had a few scares due to being first time puppy 'parents' but they have held our hands throughout and called back so promptly when I've asked for help. Our dog was recently neutered and they could not have been more caring and sensitive to his needs. Very very highly recommended.

My dog was registered at this surgery before I bought her (when with previous owner). I called to request that they send the new vet her notes and records, which they promptly did, same day.

STUDENT UNSUPERVISED TRAINING GROUND, NO PROFESSIONALS BE WARNED, REAL BAD SERVICE

I pay top money for a professional vet to see my kitten but all they seem to have is a different unsupervised student attending to my kitten every time i go there, never a fully qualified specialist. They prescribed eye drops for my kitten which are dangerous for her, luckily i changed my vets in time after becoming suspicious. Also definitely do not use capevets down the road they are a lot worse than these My kittens eyes were in a bad way for 2 weeks due to them giving her the wrong medicine. The new vet gave me a different medicine and she was better in less than a day. The vet that gave the wrong medicine to my kitten looked no older than 22 and she was definitely a student and she was not even being supervised and just making up her own mind and giving out eye drops which could have caused my kitten to have severe problems.

We have booked an appointment for our cat to be neutered and been advised to drop him at 08.15am and it only will take 2 minutes.
My wife asked them if is any possibility to drop our cat after taking our son to school at 09am and they said that after 09.30am will be to late and they will not be able to do the surgery.
The cat was there at 08.15am as requested only to find out that my wife had to wait there until they do the paper work, to wait for a nurse to see the cat and will probably take more than 5 minutes as previous advised.
After al this she couldn't leave our cat for surgery, our little one was late to school and when I have contact them to cancel the booking we been asked to drop our cat after 09.30am because it shouldn't be a problem as long as the cat did not eat anything.

I called up to ask about a missing cat for my friend and Natasha who answered the phone to me gave me some really good advice over the phone and was super helpful with advising me and my friend what we should do to get him to come back. The customer service here is great and if I ever get my own pet then I know I can trust this clinic
