Amazing vets. Really kind and considerate, showed extreme empathy towards myself and my family as we said goodbye to our beloved dog. Let us take all the time we needed, even waited for my daughter's to get there. Explained things and options clearly. Highly recommend these.

Was told the nurse had to withdraw early from clinic and was asked if I would like to bring the appointment forward to 3 hours earlier .
Unforseen circumstances , however picked up the cats flee and worming treatment on my lunch break
However this only postponed the important treatment needed for the cat

Will not have my dogs nails clipped here after 3 nails clipped all down to the quick and bleeding my dog very distressed I stopped the young vet from going further, same dog 2 weeks ago taken there for bloodshot and watering eye diagnosis a small ulcer which I could not see, prescribed pain relief which after one dose caused runs and had to stop and also soothing eye drops, cost £106 and to date no improvement they now want me to book another consultation with even more costs , think I will go elsewhere

Very poor customer service! Requested a subject request in august 2022, no reply within 28days and requested a second time (again no response). When this wasn't completed, I then requested an investigation to death of my cat and I was told they wouldn't as it was over 3months ago, This was told by a senior manager. I communicated the limitations act and data protection is up to 6years and requested them to complete this investigation. No investigation from second request and no subject request.

I had report to information commissioner (ICO)and had to take them to court for them to investigate the situation. This cost me £115 + (£185 if it went to court plus my time). If it wasn't for the stress I would have completed this action and taken to court costing £300 plus time.

IF ANYONE HAS A PROBLEM WITH THIS VETS, and they claim you only have 3months, this is untrue! They are outdated and needs to be better for their customers!!

Kind and caring staff, friendly too.

Heard a lot of bad stories about this place. I'd had no dealing's with them until we needed an emergency vet, asked if were registered with a vet, said yes but they already have 2 emergencies they're at. They then said, "No, we aren't taking on anyone new" i said i just want an emergency vet, was told "sorry can't help you, you're pet not our problem" We did find a emergency vet in the end.
