Oakfield are really quite amazing. But there are things I really don’t like. The staff at oakfeild are what make this review have 3 stars. There always someone to answer the phone and there never any delays.

However the vets themselves always seem to be changing. You never seem to get the same vet on a visit. Also parking is a real issue. The issue being there is none. Hockley road has always had a parking problem. I’d recommend being at least 15 minutes early for your appointment because that’s how long it will take you to get a parking spot.

Sadly had to have my furry potato, Derek, to sleep yesterday. The staff were incredible, compassionate, caring, they gave me time alone to say goodbye and were so thoughtful afterwards.

Thank you for making something so sad a lot less painful. Totally recommend them

Always helpful and good with my pets. Pet health club is useful and affordable.

They were absolutely amazing when I had to have my dog Sandy euthanized. They were caring and considerate and gave us plenty of time to say our farewells. They talked us through everything and made sure it all happened to our wishes in our own time. Thank you for making a traumatic event in our lives a little bit easier.

Our first visit here as our dog had been bitten by another dog, and we needed an appointment on that day. Staff were so helpful and friendly, the receptionist, nurses and the vet. Our dog was thoroughly checked and treated. So grateful they could see us at such short notice!

Always get me in, always answer the phones, always polite and friendly, care about the animals and my dog even enjoyed his most recent visit! Been going for 4 months now with my puppy and they've been brilliant! 10/10 would recommend

This place is absolutly amazing with you and with your pets. We Lost our poor girl INDAR two weeks ago, and they were brilliant. They sent us a card and a little present to our home to say sorry for our Lost. I could not be more thankful. For me it was a really beautiful detail. Thank you!
