Goldsmiths

We visited Goldsmiths as we was walking past looking for wedding rings and we popped in. We had our little boy with us and the lady let him take a seat whilst we was browsing. Chloe was a great help and let us try on what we would like, she even ordered the rings we like in our sizd for us to try on next week. The shop is lovely and the staff are friendly and the jewelry is beautiful. We are hoping we have found our rings now for our special day. Also for anyone who wears diamonds I recommend picking this up especially the little stick. Will be purchasing some myself, it was like I had a new diamond in my engagement ring 😍

We had such wonderful customer service today from Chloe (Lincoln store) helping our son to choose his first luxury watch. He went for the original one he’d seen online but not after totally exhausting all the other possibilities first! Chloe was so patient and knowledgeable and made the whole experience very special for us. Will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

I went into waterside today to get some gold cleaner, the lady who served me was friendly and really helpful from the moment I walked in. The other staff member who was there was SO rude to her, I couldn’t believe the way she was speaking to her in front of customers. It was really unprofessional and made me feel rather uncomfortable so I have no idea how the other lady feels being in a small space all day when someone’s being so rude.

I won’t be in a rush to come back.

Awful dealer spend 1000s on a watch they promise next day delivery the fake an “it” issue so don’t dispatch.
then lie there way out of there awful level of customer service and still no refund,and no further information.
avoid and buy elsewhere learn from my mistake

Staff are amazingly helpful and very friendly. Great service. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is due to it being a smaller store with less variety of jewellery. However, watch lovers will be over the moon.
