The Darenth

We got married here on May 29th 2022. What a fabulous venue, from start to finish the staff were attentive and courteous.
Jason and Kerry are true professionals and as Jason was in attendance on our wedding day he made us feel special and relaxed all day. We were never without a drink in our hand.

The team ensured our day went along smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. All done with a smile on their faces which makes a big difference to the overall atmosphere.

Thank you again to everyone at The Darenth, we highly recommend this venue and the amazing staff.

We recently got married at The Darenth and the experience was brilliant. The whole day ran smoothly with the team on the day, especially Jason and Lucy, who were very attentive. Also, Kerry was very helpful in the organising and getting everything prepared. The grounds are photogenic and ideal to cater for celebrations.

I was married at The Darenth on one of the hottest days of the year and had the most perfect day. We had a brilliant time and the staff all made it run so smoothly (both on the day and in all the planning beforehand) and we are so grateful. Our guests all commented on how nice the food was and how much fun they had, and how beautiful the venue looked. The guest rooms were comfy, modern and tidy, and very much welcomed after a night of partying! We also appreciated all your help with it being so hot and trying to keep us as cool as possible! I don't think I was ever without a drink in my hand, and all the events team and waiting staff were so helpful and polite. Thank you for giving us such an amazing day - I wish I could do it all again!

Great course, well maintained, well run, and competitive prices.
Its a shame you cannot get anything to eat after 3pm as the kitchen shuts. Asked for a toasted T Cake unable to accommodate. Ended up with a bar of snickers. When you have teed off at 11am, it was a bit busier today, and so was a 4 hour round, something to eat, finishes off the game nicely. Probably staff shortages, but disappointing none the less.
In terms of the golf course, no problems at all.

Our wedding on 18/08/2022, was amazing at The Darenth. The staff were simply amazing, huge shout out to Jack and Jason who, on the day, put their heart and soul into our big day. Could not recommend enough and the food was incredible, genuinely, our wedding was made by the staff and facilities at the Darenth. Thank you all so much! #noregrets

Having just had our match Kent lady Captains V Surrey Lady Captains held at The Darenth we were very impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. The course was in great condition. The food was excellent and full marks to the chef looking after dietary needs of some of the ladies.

I’ve played this course a lot and the course is in good condition and a lovely setting. The green keepers are really friendly and helpful. However, on a few occasions we have found the management to be very awkward, the most recent time being last week when we were tracked down at hole 3 by a staff member in a buggy and instructed to come and move our cars. Unknown to us we weren’t allowed to park on the block paving or on the end of a row. The cars were not causing an obstruction at all. As a result of the delay we weren’t able to complete the round and the whole thing just seemed very petty and unnecessary.

We recently got married at The Darenth and we had the most beautiful, memorable day which I wish I could experience over and over again!

All of the staff were brilliant, the food was absolutely amazing, both in the day and evening. Our guests commented on how brilliant the food was so a massive hats off to the talented chef as well!

Thank you so much to everyone at the venue, for making our long awaited day so special and run as smooth as possible. We can't possibly thank you enough.

We truly appreciate everything Kerry, Jason, Evita and the staff at the Darenth have done for us, not only on our actual wedding day itself but also the build up to the day as well, it hasn't been a great year and a bit for the wedding industry but we couldn't fault anything. Kerry was brilliant throughout the pandemic with our postponement and alternative dates, even when my stress levels were through the roof!

The rooms were lovely and clean as well, beds were comfy. The whole venue is pristine and modern.
