Everything I want for a pub. The beer selection, atmosphere and the whole feel of the pub was great . Didn't get to try the food from the food truck , but it looked delicious

Great atmosphere and an excellent range of local and regional beers and spirits. Particularly liked Wolftown Gin. Their signature gin is pretty unique and their new citrus gin went down very well and is a great summer choice for a G&T.

Little gem. Great ale and cocktails, staff is very friendly and most importantly it's dog friendly. Free parking is available for the designated drivers :)

Awesome little pub with a unique and cool style.
Great staff and amazing food too. I believe they sell hot dogs in a van outside but the weather during my visit forced them to serve the food inside the pub. My visit here was great 👍🏻

Good atmosphere with a good selection of ales,. Table service still in operation inside although there is loads of tables and space outdoors if the weathers ok. They have guest outdoor caterers mainly at weekends which you can eat inside if you want. Highly recommend a visit if you have not already tried it.
Update, table service is no longer being operated. Everything else remains the same, including the interesting quirky variations of seating and tables.
Update, November 22, still a great atmosphere & I understand the owner Ronnie has put a planning application in for a second premises nearer the Town centre.

Cool place slightly outside the centre of Kendal. Decent selection of craft beer and real ale. Despite visiting in august 21 it was table service only which wasn’t a massive problem but it did slow the service down slightly. The menu was also removed after we first ordered so had to request another. If you’re table service only post COVID I’d introduce an app to order from would be my advice.

A great pub, with an ever changing line up of both cask & craft ales. Usually you will find something here to suite your taste & mostly of local origin. I visited on a Thurs evening, which was fairly quiet early on, but it can get very busy later (7pm ish) Friendly staff & clean toilets, not much more you to ask for really.

Fantastic. Great selection and absolutely lovely inside (and out!), Definitely worth a pint if you're in Kendal.
