Went in for breakfast. Full English was very good and a reasonable price. Steve and Cliff welcomed my cavapoo with open arms. She had treats bought over too. Very relaxed atmosphere - I will definitely be visiting again.

Took 8 friends for lunch today and couldn't have been more pleased. Beth was a delightful host and nothing was too much trouble for her. . The food was excellent and the Christmas pudding boozy but delicious. A lovely warm ambience. Altogether an extremely enjoyable lunch time.

Went for lunch but had only 30 minutes. Explained the time pressure to the waitress who was very friendly and helpful. She guided us through the lunch menu in terms of how quick the dishes were. We had a beef and cheese wrap, and fishfinger sandwich; both came quickly and were delicious. Will go again, and try to spend longer!

First time in this pub since it reopened. Nicely decorated...modern stylish. It was a busy day...but still the food arrived quickly. All was piping hot. Plenty of food on the plate. Good value for the money.... Will return.

Received a wonderful, friendly, welcome from the Landlord of The Dolphin. So lovely to be made to feel welcome!
Food was great. We had Cottage Pie and the Chicken Stack. Great taste, good sized portions and a nice change for a Saturday lunchtime.
Thank you 😊

Lovely pub with nice staff. But the food let it down. The steak burger was over cooked, no option for cooking preference. It was very dry and crumbling. The coldslaw looked old and dry. Really not worth the price you pay for it. A real shame because its a nice pub. The staff are really nice. But I wouldn't go to eat again.
